Having garnered nearly three decades of industry experience, Ms. Doerr initially focused on apartment buildings before expanding her services to include homeowners’ associations and condominium management. Her business model emphasizes investment management rather than real estate sales, resulting in consistently low client turnover. Recognizing the evolving needs of her clientele, Ms. Doerr has broadened her offerings to encompass management contracts for commercial properties, including rent collection and emergency response for non-local property owners.
Currently, Ms. Doerr is rebranding and expanding her business as Open Door Real Estate & Management, with plans to serve the greater gulf-side region of Florida.
